Hehe, you amuse me, well..actually, the fact that fangirl speak can be rather...err...incomprehensible to non-fans amuses me...but, anyway..
Seiyuu are the Japanese voice actors for anime. Do you remember Fushigi Yugi, or Vision of Escaflowne? I've now seen live several of the people who voiced characters in those anime.
Doujinshi are fan-comics, sorta like fanfic (or sometimes the exact same as fanfic) or actual short comics, just like manga, produce by fans. And they're produced for EVERYTHING...as I mentioned, there were even fan comics for randoms things like...cats, and trains. But mostly anime, manga and other TV shows, movies, etc.
THE SEX, as is SUPER SEXY, kinda the ultimate in sexy. In this case his voice=sex. Example, so-and-so-really-popular-hot-actor/actress is THE SEX, ie, super sexy.
