My first assumption is that B and C are a hetero couple because they are getting married. Yes, it is possible they are having a gay marriage, but the setting would be extremely limited in that case.
My first guess would be that A is a man, B is a woman, and C is a man. From B's "I want you to see what you've lost" statement, I guessed that B had previously dated A but had been treated badly and they broke up. B wants A to see how behaving like a jerk has bad consequences. A real relationship should be about making the other person happy, and that is something that A didn't understand. B wants A to learn this.
However, after being told that A and C, rather than A and B, had been a couple, my interpretation changed. Now I would guess that A is a man, B is a man, and C is a woman. A was a jerk and lost C. B picked C up after the breakup and is rubbing it in A's face. In this context, I consider both A and B to be jerks.
